The gentleman never said there would be a fee for a repair estimate when I made the appointment. I already advised that it was possibly the blower motor which he said he may be able to fix at the appointment. I advised the year of the furnace. Yet afterwards the tech charged $115. That should be stated at time of call.

Highly recommended! My heater failed during a cold snap. After calling Carrboro they made it a priority to come out to diagnose the problem. They arrived within two hours of being called and were able to repair the heater. While they were here they were professional, communicated clearly and kept the work area clean. I'm pleased with the results and I highly recommend Carrford!

Bob came on time, checked out the heater which would not start, and thought at first it was a bad motor. Upon further investigation, it turned out it was a dead bird in the air inlet. After the bird was removed and the motor mounted, the heater ran normally.Took less than an hour.

Bob and his crew were efficient and knowledgeable about the products they were installing. They left the project area spotless! Thanks for a great job.

Robert always responded to my calls in a timely fashion. His guys show up, perform the work, and made sure to never make a mess because they cleaned up the job site thoroughly.
