Be wary of Mr. Carter. He is very enthusiastic at the beginning of the process; scheduled the project quickly. However, he told my 90 year old parents that the job was completed when it was not and took their money. When I spoke with him about it, he made up a story about doing extra work as justification for not completing what he'd been paid for. I scheduled three times with him to come and complete the project but he always had an excuse not to show up. I would have to say he is disreputable, especially if you are elderly. Sadly, he took advantage of my parents, who are trying to sell their home to move to assisted living.

They repaired the hole in the roof and installed a metal roof on the whole roof. They also repaired the siding and foundation. They did a good job at a reasonable price.

addressed all my concerns

Hardest working crew I ve ever seen! Worked steadily during excessive heat advisories and produced beautiful product! update 11/4/19 Within 4 weeks I noticed cracks in the floor of the deck and some of them are the full length of the board. Also about an inch and a half knot is going through the wood. So it's going to fall out eventually. And I'm going to have a hole in my deck. I texted Dave and he finally got back with me and asked me for the address. I gave him that information and he said he would come by. Several weeks later, I followed up, and he said that he had been working in Tennessee for a month. That he would come by when he got back to town. He did come on a Saturday but didn't notify me ahead and I was not at the house. I was down at my neighbors. He told me that he had seen 3 boards. The 3 boards that he thought needed to be replaced. Then he told me that he had a heart attack the month before. He texted that he would come by and bring some boards. And that's the last I heard. Customer service is very important and I feel he did not hold up his end in this case with customer service.

Dave called me back right away and the job was done within days of setting up the first appointment.

Carter Quality Home Improvements went above and beyond the call of the job. They cleaned my neighbors gutters for free because she is single mom with 2 young babies. Then they fixed a window for free because they had extra material..... They, Justin, Josh, Jamie and the Owner Dave were so very nice, informative, prepared to get the job done....the work performance and the work itself was top notch. I would recommend them to anyone and I would certainly hire them again.

Dave & his crew arrived early and got the job done efficiently and ahead of schedule. Using quality materials and professional workmanship they transformed a crumbling beat up old deck into a beautiful backyard oasis which can be enjoyed for many years to come.

I had two gutter pipes that bowled off and one short section to put up and 4 pieces of soffit that had to b replaced and one long gutter that was not draining right and I got an estimate of 400.00 I thought that was high. But I went with it they did a good job on gutter pipe and soffit. My gutter is the same, and he told me it would cost me 700.00 to get it fixed that would total out 1100.00 to fix it, and they was not but about an hour fixing the other stuff!

Professional and great customer service

Unhappy not true to contract. The Sun room was not framed square or the door frame. The siding is falling off on side of Sun room.
