I hired Larry to paint the house on the week of the 10th, always has an excuse as to why he cannot get the work stared, last time he was suppose to show up was on 10/14/19, they said that they came out to power wash to house and will start painting the next day and had issues again, Larry has given me multiple dates multiple times that he has not followed thru with

We found Chipita Park Painting through Home Advisor. We called and made an appointment with Larry, the owner of the company. The experience started out great, we went over what I wanted done and formed a contract. My house was scheduled for exterior painting on March 11. I was told by Larry that the project would take 2 days. 1 day to power wash and 1 day to paint. The project was not completed until April 16, 2019 due to many excuses from Larry. There were some issues with the weather, which couldn't be controlled and a personal family issue. Other than those 2 problem factors, he would have an excuse, and another excuse, and another excuse of why he had to keep cancelling on a day he said he would be here to paint. He would tell me he would be at my house first thing in the morning, an excuse came, such as another project he was working on. I understand that he fell behind on a project because of weather problems; totally understandable. After that project it turned into countless excuses. The first day he showed up to start painting was on March 28. He left early that day to meet a new customer of his right down the street from my house, leaving my house uncompleted. He told me he would be back on April 6 to complete the job, which didn't happen. He came back on April 15, saying my job needed to be completed that day because he had to stick to his project schedule he made with the customer down the street from me. The painting on my house was not finished that day because he had to leave early to get to the house down the street from mine to see how his team was getting along, which again, came after my house. I felt that he was hurrying along with the work on my house because he had to finish the house down the street. He showed back up on the 16th and finished my house, after spending an hour and a half at the house down the street. So he was late showing up to the time that he scheduled with me. I called on Friday, April 26, asking for an invoice or receipt that I could submit to my insurance claim, which he agreed to supplying. Today is May 1 and I have yet to receive that invoice after texting and calling him with no response. Overall, the work started out great and is satisfying. The customer service, and him asking me if I had a good review to post one, and if I had a negative review not to post or say anything online. Exceptional work, bad customer service with a chain of excuses.

He delayed the job several times, and got paint on a door and didn't bother to touch it up. He seemed more concerned with a bigger job. The painting itself was good though.

Does amazing work, on time and super polite. Gets things done quick and great company.

Lack of professionalism, rude , verbal comments/through texting, dishonesty, lack of professional character.

I'm currently working out of town. Larry was easy to deal with long distance and rearranged his work schedule to get my house painted quickly so that I could get it listed for sale. He accommodated my selection of 4 colors for my house and their placement.

Larry and Mollie always went the extra mile to make sure that the paint job was the best it could be. We had some difficult doors to paint and they kept trying different methods of painting them until they found the solution. They were very thorough making sure that everything was covered and looked its best. Very friendly and easy to work with. Their rates are most likely one of the best in the area and you absolutely get your moneys worth. I would definitely recommend that you hire Chipita Park Painting for your next painting project.

I had lost good necklace and a few other items. All were found by Chipita and returned to me, they are so honest and hard-working. They also are tidy and clean everything up before leaving! Great...hire them!

Hired to do exterior painting on our home. Took a month and a half to do a one week job. Didn't show up on time or not at all, sometimes without calling and when he did show up he left early to do other jobs. Promised a free window washing. Never showed up and is now ignoring our phone calls. Would not hire again. EVER!!

They came out the next day and charged a reasonable fee. They went out of their way to ensure the exterior surfaces of the home were clean.
