Chris' Appliance Repair and Training

Chris came to repair our cooktop downdraft that is over 10 years old. Chris took the system apart and diagnosed the problem. Parts were required. So Chris left to look for the parts but unfortunately, the parts were no longer manufactured by GE. Rather then continue to throw money at a poorly designed system that outlived its lifetime, he recommended a new system and told us where to get it, even thought there was nothing in it for him. He put the old unit back together and left, without charging us except for diagnosing the problem. Honesty is so important and I would hire him again.

We needed a Samsung refrigerator repaired that wasnâ t cooling. Chris came by the same day we called and diagnosed the problem right away. He is very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

I have a Samsung fridge that freezes up and interferes with the fan causing loud noises and the fridge to heat up. From what I found online, this is very common for Samsung fridges. I called multiple local appliance repair companies, and Chris was the only one who knew exactly what I was talking about over the phone. He told me exactly what he would need to do and the cost over the phone. He came on time, was very professional, and did a great job. When he called and told me he was on his way, I asked him if we would kindly wear a mask while inside and he said "of course." We are extremely happy with Chris and will hire him again should we have other appliance issues. Thank you, Chris.

Chris performed the repair of our Samsung Double-Oven. Chris had excellent communication with us from our initial contact, to when the parts were placed and received, and when he was on his way to our house. He was on time and performed the repair without issue. We would definitely recommend Chris and will not hesitate to reach out to him again if needed.

Chris called ahead and told me he was on his way. Chris wore booties in my house for my carpet. He had the correct tools ready to go and had a good idea of the problem before he even stepped into my house. He was fast, knowledgeable and happy doing his job. I paid him more then he charged for the job done.
