Clean & Clear Swimming Pool Service Corp.

A service business relies on its workers and its management for best results. We have used C & C for 5 years. They are very good and very fair - the customer must be the same way. Over 25 years we have worked with a number of service providers - some good, some poor..The only downside with C & C is that they have no website through which you can contact them. It is always by phone, which can be problematic (at high activity volume times). Their employees (which can vary from year to year, as in any such industry) have always been knowledgeable , professional and courteous over these years. Our experience is that they have always been punctual and prepared. This is a sub-segment of a larger family business.The owner's wife handles the scheduling, billing and office oversight and tries very hard to please. I own a company and understand that there are always a few people that relish complaining. The main reason for dissatisfaction is when a prospect doesn't give the complete picture of what is needed or involved but is a "just give me the price" person. How often in my 50 years of business has that kind of demanding proven problematic. I recommend C & C highly.

The owners are crooks. They give you a low estimate to open your pool, but keep sending people back for additional chemicals and cleanings. They do not tell you that every visit is another $150. It will be the most expensive pool opening you have ever paid for. STAY AWAY!

They have already deducted the amount of $298 from my bank account which is $73 higher than quoted. The job is not completed. Their scheduling dictates that I give up my life until it is convenient for them to stop by. I made an appointment, and cancelled whatever else I had to do. They did not show up. No phone call, no nothing. They showed up another day, totally unannounced. I was not home. They acted like it was my fault. Hear the joke. The technician emailed me that he was here and could not get access to the pool. How nice it would be if He had emailed me BEFORE he came to let me know he was coming. When you call them they never answer the phone. I would like a refund.

Extremely disappointed and aggravated. It has been over three (3) weeks and problem not resolved. Called numerous times and no returned call. Pool has been un-usable since 7/21/18. Prior to this issue, one of the customer service rep's rude and argumentative. Pool cleaning below average.

The guys were able to come to close our Pool after finding on Home advisor very quickly! They worked together to perform all pool closing tasks and when we opened pool the following year all was in order:) Very reasonably priced for pool closing.

The owner is rude and they never show up when they said they would. I fired them and two weeks later they showed up while I was at work. They did the work they were supposed to before I fired them. I called the owner and said that we had to pay no matter what and if not she would send her people to undo the work and take back the parts. I can't believe you have this company on Home Advisors. This all happened in 2016. I will not use them in 2017

Good service. Sometimes not easy to get in touch with the office, but very nice stuff. Always explains all the services and meets your needs!!

am waiting to hear whether they will be here on wed(7/15) or thurs(7/i6)in the am. i neeedto know for schedule and admission procedures. now that i think of it ,better office follow up would be appreciated!

The scheduling was a bit rough but overall they did a good job. I would call them again.

Terrible customer service. Overcharged my credit card multiple times and did the same to a friend of mine that I referred them to.

Excellent. Quick response and performance the day before 4th of July holiday. Was good to go on the 4th. Came back the next day to follow through and clean around the edges; then the office also called to follow up. Will use again.
