Had my water heater blow, he had the old one out and new one in before I knew it. Not one cold shower was had! He is respectful, timely, and definitely knows what he’s doing.

Had a toilet overflow badly. Minor damage to the bathroom floor, 1st floor ceiling and basement ceiling. Used Angie's app to call a plumber immediately. Ken Kaiser called back within a of minute and he fixed the problem 1 1/2 hours later. 5 stars for speed! I had an "Emmergency" basement flooding after washing a load of clothes. The drain was clogged near my washer, it backed up with this black stinky mess. I contacted Angi's List, he called right away. It was around 2pm , he was able to come that day around 7pm. Ken cleaned out the drain that led to the sewer it front of my house that had grown clogged with roots from my tree in the front yard. Great job would highly recommend!

However, on the day of the appointment, the competitor was not able to honor the appt time and couldn’t commit to a specific window the same day so I reached out to Kenny. He set something up for me later the same day. He showed up on time (actually a little bit earlier), was courteous, professional, and most importantly, honest. He quickly assessed the situation with my toilet, recommended a solution and completed it within an hour. The final price was less than his quoted price.
