Chris knows his product and explained all of the steps. He came in took measurements and said he would have it by the following Friday. On Friday he called and said one of the pieces of glass had a tiny chip and did not want to install with a chip. I agreed. He reordered and installed the following Friday. He believes in doing thing the old fashion way (another words take your time and do it right the first time). I wish more contractors had his attitude. I highly recommend Chris and Clearview Frameless Glass and Mirror BTW the glass was a perfect fit!
