Great work and product!

We hired CCI for window well covers. Ours are extra large and the cost was less than our other estimates. The color and fit were spot on. The powder coating looks like it will last a long time.

They were great. I ordered everything over the phone and selected the window cover from their website. They installed and the covers were exactly what I expected and better. They are solid, well made and great security, safety and easy to latch.

They were the only company who called the night before coming out. They were prompt and on time. They were the only company that brought their computer to show us different styles, colors and thickness of the wrought iron. The only thing that I can say that I was unhappy with the price. I thought they were very high. We had three other companies give us bids that were $600 and $400.They did split the cost of the $400 difference in price. We did go with them because of all of the above that made us trust them when given half the money upfront.Everything about the company was ready to AAA

Great window grate iron covers!

Excellent work quality! We hired to have custom window well covers installed. Work was so great we hired again for a custom iron storm door. Both times was a wonderful experience and we have recommended to many of our neighbors to have work done. If you are looking for any custom iron work you definitely want to go with Colorado Custom Iron Works!

They did a wonderful custom window grate for us. They were finished before the day they quoted and they completed to meet our requests. I really think they turned out well.

Very prompt and professional. Work was completed on almost exactly the day they estimated when I ordered it. The door is very high quality. There are a couple of small aesthetic defects that I believe could have been perfected during production, and the installation materials weren't quite perfect (a small defect in the 2x4 that was left for us to fill and paint after they finished). I know it sounds like I am nit-picking, but I only give perfect ratings for perfection. All in all, I would recommend working with CCI and will likely go back to them when I redo my staircase.

Koti was very efficient in telling us about the products his company offers. They replaced a post after the initial installation that gives us the design we needed at what seems to be the going rate for this type of work.

The door delivery was at the time frame I was told it would be completed. I chose to have one of the company's subs to install the door as I wanted it ASAP. I have a very tall door and mounting it inside the warped frame was a bit tricky for the installer. I found after he left that when I locked the door from the inside, I was unable to unlock it without the assist of pliers. The inside closure is keyed. A family crisis occurred. I was contacted by the office about concerns with installation primarily to gather the final payment. The next call from the company I was told to use WD40, never to use pliers to rotate a key as it could beak off in the door, etc. D-U-H. I felt that this mansplaining would not net me the result of an easily working bolt. I contacted a locksmith who finished the job, made the bolt easier to use, and switched the orientation of the handle to open the door by moving it down instead of up. I had requested an install the reverse of most storm doors, the door was installed with the handle action to move up to open the door rather than down. Overall the door looks good, now works well, so the job got done eventually.
