Do not use this company. The first cleaner did not show up for the scheduled 3 hour cleaning of a very small kitchen and small bathroom. Kyle was very responsive and immediately got another person to come out. In the middle of the scheduled 3 hour cleaning, the cleaner informed me that she had to go and pick up someone from the airport so she would be ending the job early and that I would be refunded (2 hours 15 minutes). No problem as I was assuming at least one of the spaces would be completed and cleaned. After she left, i inspected the work and was appalled. The floors weren?t touched in the kitchen and bathroom, cabinet space not cleaned, tile not cleaned, mirror not wiped, dust not wiped away. It was a very disappointing experience working with this company. While Kyle was responsive and ultimately took responsibility for this fiasco, the cleaner?s incredible lack of effort caused me to go with another cleaning service because the job wasn?t even half done. Stay away.

Buyer beware! Do not employ the services of this business nor give the business your credit card or debit card information. The business requires you to pay for cleaning services upfront and there’s a reason for that. You will not get what you paid for. You will not be satisfied with the service, the business will already have your money, and argue with you regarding how to remedy the situation. This business is a hard pass!

I hired cool cat cleaning since my other cleaners did not do a good job and raised their price recently.. And I am so happy I decided to switch! Cool cat cleaning has great communication, they come on time and clean really well. Will continue using them for my regular monthly house cleaning.
