Cool Tech Mechanical
About us
Cool Tech Mechanical was founded by Joel Mixon, Jon Kalp and Dell Brown who worked together for over 20 years with a local Mega-Contractor. They were the leading technicians that helped grow the company. However, they realized that the bigger the company got, the less customer service focused they became and the more they focused on upselling. This was not the way they wanted to do business, so they set out on their own in 2011. Since their inception, they have quickly earned the reputation they set out to attain and have even earned the Angie's List Super Service Award for the amazing number of happy customers that have taken the time to write a review. One of their chief praises is based around the fact that they don't use the sales tactics that air conditioning companies have been known for and the fact that they take the time to actually explain the problem to the homeowner.

"Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Our customers are and have been our best advertisement. We work hard to give our customers the highest quality work at a great value. Referrals and reviews help bring us new customers without expensive advertising, which keeps our overhead down. We take care of our customers and our customers take care of us. It is a WIN WIN!"
"Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. We are new here on Home Advisor and are in the process of building up our reputation. We have been on Angie's List (Home Advisors' sister company) for many years and have over 300 reviews with an "A" rating and have won their "Super Service Provider" award 7-years in a row. We plan to get that same reputation here. So thanks again for being our first review here!"
