Jon was always available when needed, he even helped get another contractor in when we needed extra work done. Very impressive customer service, honest and quality work as well as a pleasure to work with!

They came out quickly and were able to immediately fix the broken sprinkler heads. He took the time to walk the property with me and listen to my needs. He even took the time to answer my neighbor s question and took a walk down to Hilo s house after he was done at my house. They came out a few days later to look at my yard again and install a few more heads since some areas weren t being watered due to fencing I had installed last year. Very genuine and knowledgeable. Two thumbs up for sure!!

They responded to my internet request about 10 minutes after I googled for assistance with a faulty sprinkler system, then came out the same day. They were polite and very competent. They replaced a solenoid, explained everything as they went along and set my 3-zone system up. Works perfect now. Their bill was more than fair. I received a phone call about 10 minutes after requesting a quote and Jon was able to give me a price on what I needed and schedule me within 5 days of my request. He and his co-worker were on-time, got the job done and were very personable. The price was about the same, if not less than, others that we had spoken with. He even spent the time to explain everything to me since we had just bought the house and I didn't know how to use the irrigation system. I will definitely be using them again for any irrigation work in the future.

Jon came out same day as my homeadvisor request. took care of my sprinkler system. and addressed an issue with the water feed pipe line. WIll be using him for the system shutdown in the fall as well. Definitely recommend Jon!
