We're the family business you can trust for all your plumbing, water heater replacement and fixture installation needs. Michael Vasquez is the owner of Cornerstone Plumbing & Mechanical. He has been a licensed plumber for over 15 years and a Master Plumber for over 10 years. Michael is a devoted family man who grew up in the family business. His father came to this country from Ecuador in the 70's and built a thriving plumbing company from nothing to create a life for his family. From a very young age his father taught Michael about the business. He learned about the skills needed to become a great plumber as well as the importance of, responsibility, integrity and taking care of your family

Highly recommend! I just moved into my house 3 months ago and noticed that the water heater started leaking. Turns out that the water heater was within the warranty period. Michael helped me with the whole warranty process. Within hours, he showed up with a new unit and in a couple of hours, I had a new water heater! Outstanding customer service and communication!

Michael quoted me over the phone and via text photos, got us the hot water heater we wanted, w a great warranty and he added a parts and labor warranty. Guys showed up in time, installed quickly. Did exactly what they said they would and the price was the best. Thank you! (Oh and next day install)

Received a lower quote from a vendor, told they would match it if I went with them and that never happened. I did mistype it in text communications, so that is on me but I confirmed it multiple times verbally. It also took a week and multiple messages from me just to get a receipt with warranty information. Too much shady practices here.

"I apologize if there was a miscommunication. We did agree on a written price and a receipt was sent the day of the installation. At the end of the day, We had to text the receipt to ensure the customer received it. I think there is also some confusion here because the customer said they spoke with a woman about pricing and there is not a woman that answers our calls. We strive to provide the best customer service at very competitive prices and based on our previous reviews over the last 12+ years on home advisor we like to hope that other customers agree. We also attempted to clarify with the customer and were just told ?we got over on them?"

This does not happen often but I can't find anything to complain about! Exceptional & Prompt Service - My water heater had a leak. I posted the job after 10 PM; Call back Michael @ Cornerstone in 5 mins; He quoted multiple options and we scheduled within 15 mins. Michael and his worker were at my house at 8:15 AM the following morning and the water heater was replaced by 10 AM. You can't ask for anything more! Good Value - Although I had received a couple of lower quotes, I just felt more comfortable with Cornerstone. Michael took the time to explain the job, options, etc. High quality - the installation of the water heater was clean and I have not had any issues with it.
