What a difference!! The new windows are well built and look amazing. Tony and his crew did a wonderful job and cleaned up everything after the work was completed. You wouldn't even know that they were there. They were very efficient and meticulous about the work that was done and took the time to answer any questions that we had. We even had a few laughs, being the joker that I am. I would strongly recommend this company for any of your window needs. John kept in contact with us both before and after. Exceptional customer service. The windows are so energy efficient the we noticed it immediately. They were installed during the hot spell with temperatures around 97 degrees. We went from a 220 volt A/C to one of those portable ones in a large old farmhouse. We are very happy and can't wait to see the results this winter. Thanks again for the great service and product.

our house was designed and built to take advantage of a view of a river and part of the Saginaw bay - but the windows were old and just wore out. The Countryside Design salesman helped us figure out what type and size and tint and color that would accomplish what we wanted. We had 19 crankout windows that needed to be replaced- but we had Countryside turn that into 11 big double hung windows - 8 of which are very close to being as big as they can make them. The new windows are just GREAT ! We couldn't be happier how they turned out - the installers were amazing - polite and they just know what they are doing - how they trimmed out the windows is just great - its a nice improvement to our house -- we got nice new windows but its more than that its a big improvement to the looks of the house inside and outside - the final product really shows that Countryside knows how to build and install and dress up their product ! we really like the windows and how they look
