"Hi Freddie, I'm sorry you don't feel as though you received a five-star experience. As we explained on the phone, and as our technician explained before he started any work; The poor performance of your kitchen faucet is due to sediment inside the faucet and is unrelated to your water heater. Replacing your water heater was never going to solve this problem (AS WE EXPLAINED BEFORE STARTING ANY WORK) and we would have to charge you to do additional work such as replacing or servicing your faucet, which we also explained before we started any work. Even with all this explaining, our technician still spent extra time there at no cost to you."
"Hi Freddie, I'm sorry that you didn't feel as though you had a 5 star experience. We always try our very hardest to ensure that all of our customers receive the best service possible. The cost of replacing your water heater was given to you and agreed upon before we booked the appointment. I feel you should base your assessment of our value, on the cost to service the equipment we agreed to serve, and not additional items you thought we should service for free because we were there. I'm not sure why you thought that replacing your water heater would have an effect on the performance of your kitchen faucet. The two are unrelated."
