Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Pat did a great job he disconnected and plugged the tankless hot water system on the boiler that had been leaking and installed a new electric hot water tank Pat was professional and answered all of questions and concerns. He completed the job within the amount of time he told us it would take and at the price that was quoted. I would use this company again. It was a good experience.

Not bad, but wish they could have helped me with an issues that was related to having to replace a water heater, but overall the team that came out did a good job.

"Hi Freddie, I'm sorry you don't feel as though you received a five-star experience. As we explained on the phone, and as our technician explained before he started any work; The poor performance of your kitchen faucet is due to sediment inside the faucet and is unrelated to your water heater. Replacing your water heater was never going to solve this problem (AS WE EXPLAINED BEFORE STARTING ANY WORK) and we would have to charge you to do additional work such as replacing or servicing your faucet, which we also explained before we started any work. Even with all this explaining, our technician still spent extra time there at no cost to you."

Well let be honest the plumbers who came did a good job in making sure the water heater was installed, but I think they should have verified that it was fully working even if they had to call back and verify this and forgot to recheck the electrical part. Which was still off when they left?? No follow up or no reaching back out to do a QA? Also a problem we had with a faucet that somehow failed at the same time as the failed water heater, but they would not help to fix it and wanted to instead to charge me extra after being charged more than what could have done it for? Good customer service would have been to go ahead and help a customer out to show excellent customer service and help them out, so I disagree with their approach to additional charges and stand firm and this is why the rating was lowered.

The cost of replacing your water heater was given to you and agreed upon before we booked the appointment. I feel you should base your assessment of our value, on the cost to service the equipment we agreed to serve, and not additional items you thought we should service for free because we were there. I'm not sure why you thought that replacing your water heater would have an effect on the performance of your kitchen faucet. The two are unrelated."

Customer service was great! Guy who did work was fine, but had to request him to caulk around new tub/shower valve when there was clearly a space between wall & cover plate.

I had to wait 1 week before could come to do the work. Over the phone, they said would cost 100 dollars minimum and then were vague about any estimate even though I told them it needed to be reset as my uncle had looked at the toilet. It also had a drip from bolt on tank. They put diagnosis problem. After looking at toilet the technician had 4 options to choose from which ranged from 750 dollars down to 213 dollars. He said the 213 would do it so I got toilet fixed for 213 dollars and am happy with the work. However, I have no idea what 750 would have gotten me. Maybe a self cleaning toilet. I still am unsure what all those options were about.

I needed an emergency plumber as mine was away at the time. I hired Cullen after reading reviews on Home Advisor. They contacted me almost right away and were there the next day and fixed the problem in an hour. Honest, professional, friendly. Clean as a whistle when he was done. Very fair price for the work. Couldn't have asked for more. Anyone would be satisfied with Cullen's service in my opinion and I will recommend them.

Cullen and his team are nothing but professionals. He is prompt to call you back, he shows up when he tells you and his work is amazing. He has kept an open line of communication with me at all times and has listened to my wants. Cullen has worked within my budget and is very reasonably priced.
