Dave came out and let us know that the motor was bad on the washer. . He explained to my wife how it my have happened and gave us a few options. He shop vac the water out and was on his way. I called another person but he did not get back in contact with me until a day later. Dave called right away and gave us the answers we needed.

Arrived in a timely manner. The repair job was an easy fix.(turn water on). Confusion on service charge and minimal charge. Price was reasonable but not what I expected. This company was not a good fit for me.

"Hello, and thanks for taking the time to post a review. Just to clarify, when I turned on the water, the copper pipe going to the dishwasher started to leak on the wood floor. I did not have the proper parts on my truck, and ran to town and returned and successfully repaired the leaking copper pipe to the dishwasher. I also ran the dishwasher, fill and drain and wash, about 5 times to assure no more water was leaking. I also did not charge for the parts, they were cheap, I rolled that into my standard fee. I felt this was a good value for the charge, I also vacuumed under the dishwasher to finish off. Thanks, David, Owner DBH Appliance"

The tech was very nice and personable. The only reason I'm not able to give him 5 stars is because it would have cost me about $350 total for my washer to be fixed. And I got a new one for about $400 because of a really good sale. Now, to be fair there was alot wrong with my washer. I truely believe he could have fixed it. It just made more financial since to my husband and I to buy a new one then spend the money on on fixing a machine that could be 10 years old. I say "could" because the machine was left with our house when we bought it. Again, the tech was great and I felt like he was being honest with me.

The problem with my fridge was quickly diagnosed and repaired in a timely fashion. Dave really knows how to work with appliances. Highly recommend and will use them again next time.

Very committed to outstanding customer service! Very accomodating to schedule the repair visit, arrived on time, had the necessary parts. Explained his diagnosis, repaired correctly, all working fine again. Reasonable cost. Will use again if needed.

They were available to repair my machine next day. Went through a checklist to diagnose the problem. Had part on truck. Machine running like new. Only complaint is I wish I knew there was a coupon on their website before I had the work done.

I called Dave at DBH and he was able to come look at my dishwasher the next day. Within 20 minutes, he told me that I needed a new motor and gave me a quote. He said they don't keep motors in stock, but offered to order it and do the repair within the following week. It turned out to be more cost-effective to buy a new dishwasher, so we did not go through with the repair but I wouldn't hesitate to call him again next time an appliance conks out.

We needed a couple of drains to unclogged. Unfortunately, more extensive work was needed, but we declined.
