I do not recommend this business. They are more concerned with money than ensuring their customers are satisfied. In the words of Mrs. Delmar Sosa, -we are not here to satisfy you.- Well, little miss, I hate to break it to you - you are most definitely here to satisfy your clients if you care about retaining a solid client base. I gave grace many times, whether it was breaking my glass top or telling me the wrong size shower door to purchase. They cut corners and found every excuse they could to justify why they could not correct something to standard and accused me of being unreasonable and taking advantage of them. Why? All because I asked for a few things to be corrected before the final payment. The nerve. The wife is unable to control her emotions, lacks professionalism and conflict resolution skills. She controls her husband, and he is unable to make decisions for himself. Poor thing. The decision she made for him not to fix the uneven grout lines in my shower will come back tenfold, and it will not work in their favor. I have a huge network in MD, and I will never recommend them to anyone based on my experience. You upset the wrong person. Watch your mouth, do quality work, and retain your clients. Let that be a lesson learned. The work was okay so I will give 2 stars because I am kind. This is only the beginning. Good luck! I hope you are ready for the ride.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This guy is a scam artist, and hopefully this review helps someone avoid what I went through. I had gotten estimate from this guy for installing some recessed lights, fixing few cracks, painting, and building a deck. He came and saw the place, and said he would email the estimates. So far, so good right? But there were many warning signs after this. He never sent the estimate, even 3 days after seeing the place. I had to remind him, and finally he sent it the next day (first warning sign). Finally, after he sent the estimates, I decided to hire him just do the recessed lights (labor only). He was so late to respond back that I thought he just didnt want the job (second warning sign). Fast forward to the day he was supposed to come; he shows up an hour late, and wasnt even proactive to let me know that he was going to be late. I was the one that had to text him to see if he was still coming (third warning sign). Finally, once he was done with the job, this is how he left the job (see images). As part of the job, he was supposed to patch the drywalls too after he was done running the wires. He was supposed to come back two days later to finish the job, but then he says that he wanted more money to do the drywall patching. He said that the drywall patching was under the painting estimation which had a line item "fix cracks". This was NOT crack, this was something he had to do as part of wiring the recessed lights. These "cracks" were not there when he gave the estimation. Two days later, he doesnt show up, ignores texts, and doest answer his phone. Oh, and also, the recessed lights flicker. This guy is a legit scam artist. Be aware.

Delmar is fantastic...responsive, professional, with reasonable prices. We will definitely use him regularly!

Delmar is a hard worker and a nice guy. He cleaned a large tile floor, doing just what we asked. We will call on him for other work in the future.

I was very pleased with Delmar Sosa's punctuality and enthusiasm. I will be calling upon him again for further work on my home. This particular task was very simple and the work was done quickly.

Very friendly and polite; punctual; Hopefully, the job was thorough - only the future will tell.

He didn't have that much to do so it was rather quick but complete.

Based on the good work with cleaning the gutters, we are hiring DK to also install new gutters and downspouts on the back of the house as those are old with leaks and a lot of sagging.

DK was professional and experienced in the task performed. He worked safe to protect himself also my property. I was impressed! I will recommend him to my friends and family.

I had hired him to install my gas range. Delmar was punctual and finished the job to my satisfaction.

I love my new bathroom! Delmar was very detail-oriented and very flexible with all my needs. He included me in every step of the process so at the end there wouldn't be any surprises. The end result was more than what I expected.

Mr. Sosa provided estimates, later backed up with receipts. The paperwork and his overall procedures were fully professional. He got busy right away, and performed the job quickly (although I had told him he should not feel rushed). The work looks good and as far as I can tell, is well done, and he provided a warranty on his labor. Before doing the roof work, Mr. Sosa had been asked to install two downspouts and reattach a couple of gutters. In doing these tasks, he found that part of the wood under the shingles was starting to rot. I might not have known that otherwise. I would hire him again if I need similar or related work in the future.
