DR Drain Cleaning

was out of state on vacation, and I called just before noon to see if they had available time today to snake the drain. Not only did they come today and clear the line, but the price was also exactly what was quoted!! Andrew gave us Great Customer service and very polite, cleaned up the area better than it was when he came in. I would highly recommend this company without any reservation!!

I was referred to D R Drain by another local plumbing company for a backed up septic line. I spoke with Dan at D R Drain. He sent Justin the same evening to diagnose the problem (root ball near the tank end of the septic line) and clean out the main septic line. Following Justin's recommendations, I had the tank re-pumped and I've had no septic backup issues since. I contacted D R Drain a couple of weeks later to replace my ailing sump pump. Both jobs were completed in a timely manner and at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend them!

I called DR Draining and told Dan what my problem was, he said he would see how busy his crews were doing on their schedules, and he'd call me back . When he called back he said they could be there today but it would be late when one of the workers would arrive. I said if tomorrow would be better it would be fine with me. Dan said they would be here, shortly after noon , and they would call before they arrived . Justin called hand said that he would be here in 40-45 minutes, he arrived right on schedule. He asked me a couple questions about what the problem was, I showed around the basement and where the bathrooms were, and at that point he went to his truck pulled out the tools he was going to need and started working. He came and got me within 40 minutes and said he was finished. He said the drain was cleaned out and then had me fill up the kitchen sinks we then pulled the drain plugs and flushed both toilets at the same time. There was no back up in the basement wash basin, which showed me that the problem was taken care. When I have another drain or plumbing problem I will be calling DR Drain Cleaning and will also ask if they could/would send Justin if he is available. I was very happy to have the problem resolved, the quality/neatness of the job, and the price was reasonable. Thanks OldGWer

Called D r drain cleaning for a slow draining kitchen sink.. Justin came out (early) took his time ridding the kitchen sink to the septic tank. Got the sink unclogged in under an hour. Cleaned up very nicely. Explained everything that he was going to do Including potential problems of what caused it. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

I was pleased with the service, however, I had no idea that so many other companies got my request for clearing a drain clog. It was very confusing, since I only called 2 companies and got calls from 5 including DR showing up to do the job. Good job, and I managed to cancel all others before they arrived. Again, found Home Advisor confusing. Will pay more attention if I use their service again. DR did a great job, and I have kept their info for my files.
