Dave is great! He walked me through the whole process and helped with rebates. It'll be well worth the investment and time. I know geothermal is a hard concept to understand. But Dave will be happy to explain how it works.

D&D performed the service call and troubleshooting. Unit is under warranty and currently awaiting part installation. They were able to provide a temp. fix so we could have heat.

Job is now complete. They where always prompt on returning my call and for the most part kept to the schedule with only a couple of delays. They removed an old oil tank, baseboards, and a boiler. I installed a gas high effeciency boiler, high velocity heat and AC in an old and a nightmare of an installation house. All of the workers were clean, professional, and didn't mind our new dog getting under foot. About 1 month after install I had a question on the operation, and Dave promptly called me back. Mind you, even after the check had cleared. I will use them again for any future projects I might have.

All the people from D&D have been great with this project. They were busy working on other projects, so it took about 4 weeks before they could begin the work, but they did a great job.

I understand that this is a very busy time for A/C people. Basically, they did a good job. I am waiting for a follow-up on a minor complaint about the duct work. A section was sloppily done. I have not heard from Dave Corcoran yet on when he will take care of it.

our heating and airconditiong job is not quite complete. However, Dave and the crew he hired have been absolute professionals in every aspect. It was nice (for a change) to deal with a contractor who actually returned our calls. And, when he gave us a time that he would arrive, he was there. Dave is a true perfectionist and it shows in his craftmanship. Nothing he has done has been "half way". He has made certain during each step of the process to inform us of what he was doing and why.
