Daves Appliance Repair And Parts 280 Horsham Rd, Horsham, PA 19044 RUN!!! Daves arrived promptly and then the rest of our experience was horrible. We called about the freezer and fridge not keeping the temperature. The first crew came in and said we had to leave the unit plugged in for 24 hours and they would return. Another crew returned 48 hours later and spent 5 min in the house and 30+ min in their car on the computer. Said the ice maker was shorting out THROWING OUT VOLTS DOWN THE WATER LINE and gave us an estimate for repairs. THEY LEFT... AND LEFT THE FRIDGE PLUGGED. I return home from work hours later to a smoking mechanical burning smell of plastic. I called.... they were closed I called and said we wanted our diagnosis fee of $100 returned We called 10+ more times and were told each time the only one who could decide seemed to always just have stepped out Never a return call, NEVER A REFUND... Another company replaced the ice maker but the burnt smell never went away, and the fear that they put my home in jeopardy will NEVER go away either
