DeMarco Roofing

Joe took a $2K deposit from us on August 7th, 2025, and told us he could repair our roof on Labor Day Weekend. By January 2nd, 2026, Joe had still not completed the project we had hired him to do. We heard every excuse in the book but ultimately terminated the job and requested our full deposit back from Joe by the end of the day. It is February 5th, 2026 and we still do not have our $2K. We tried to work with him for months and extended our understanding until it was clear he had stolen from us. A small claim was filed against Joe on January 3rd and is pending.

I am currently working with Joe , will update the rating on joe when he completes the agreement Update rating ----Contracted Joe over a year ago, took my deposit and never showed up to do the work. Failed Promises and excuses one after another of completing the roofing job were tactics of stalling and delaying a job never intending to do. Joe never returning my deposit and still owes me thousands of dollars. Looks like I will need to file a legal claim in court.

Outstanding work. Great quality. Very reasonable price. I called these guys the day after a wind storm. Many shingles had blown off of my roof and I wanted this fixed. These guys came the next day to fix the missing shingles and did it a very reasonable price. At the same time, they noticed many other potential issues on my roof. Unlike a previous contractor that said that I needed to replace the whole roof, he said that the roof was still in good condition and he could repair all of it by just repairing the ridge line. He came back a few days later and repaired it all - at a very reasonable price. Excellent work. Highly recommend!

I found DeMarco Roofing in a search on Home Advisor. I dealt with Simon through telephone and e-mails. He came out to my house to view the job before quoting and even came out in the pouring rain. The quote I received was more than reasonable. After Simon answered a couple questions I accepted their quote. The material was delivered to my house within a couple days of giving them the down payment and then we scheduled the work. They arrived at my house at 7:30 AM as promised. The crew included Simon and Joe DeMarco along with two others. They prepped the area and began the work. It took exactly 5 hours from the time they arrived until they were completely cleaned up. The work was exceptional. They are very detailed in what they do and take great care to protect anything that is in the work area. I would highly recommend hiring them. You will not be disappointed.

I had shingles blow off the roof this winter. They were very good about keeping track of the weather and repaired the roof as soon as the snow was gone. They came over fixed the roof, cleaned up and were gone. Very good service.
