Richard and team were awesome. They were quick to come out when I had a roof leak. My husband and I decided it was time to replace the 20 year roof. Richard stayed in communication through the entire process. He showed up on top, and explained things to us well. Richard, the owner from Delta Roofing called us within an hour after our request. He came to our home, analyzed the problem and took pictures. He emailed us the photos for us to look at as we were in New Jersey on vacation. Our neighbor who met Richard at our home was very impressed with Richard's skill in analyzing where the leak was coming from. My neighbor is very fussy and also very knowledgeable so that says a lot about Richard's expertise. I spoke to Richard on various occasions on the phone and he was very patient, kind, and courteous. Richard B. owner of Delta Roofing was excellent to work with throughout the entire process. He was professional, knowledgeable and provided an extensive inspection of the roof to include physically getting on the roof (unlike the other roofers providing a quote). He had a large experienced crew, who worked very hard to complete the project in 2 days as opposed to 3 days. Lastly the entire crew cleaned my entire yard of all debris and were respectful to my neighbors yards and my shrubbery.

Very quick to respond looked at roof and had done next day. Very professional and fairly priced highly recommend!!

Richard is very impressive. He provided detailed photos of the damage to my roof, he let me know when he was on the way, he worked on Sat. because it rained Fri. afternoon, and he was extremely knowledgeable. I can not see the repairs but I am confident that they were done correctly and if not, he will return.

They returned my phone call and got out to see me the same day. Other companies I had called never even returned my phone call. They ordered the material and had My roof repaired within a week. They came by right after I told them I wanted them to do the job so that they could cover the holes in the roof in case of rain before the repair could begin. I highly recommend them and I recommend Home Advisor. It was the third time I used Home Advisor to find contractors and I was very happy with them all.

I received a response within a couple hours of my inquiry to Home Advisor. Richard came out the next day and evaluated my repair and sent a detailed estimate which included photos of the areas requiring repair. I approved the repair and it was scheduled for two days later. Richard had to delay one day due to some rain, but certainly not his fault. They were very courteous and professional. I would definitely hire them again.

Impressed with the manager. courteous , responsive and eager to please. With any roofing repair it is the major question: will the rain stay out. It has only been a couple of days and we have had a persistent rain for about 12 hours and none came it. Bottom line they know what they are doing and they are very professional.
