Do not do business with this company!!! Stay far away! Will rip you off!!! They changed out 2 water lines to hot my hot water tank, a gas flex line, a shutoff ball valve, and hooked up pressure valve for 800 plus 28 dollars for credit card fee! Then, when they get to my house, they try to charge me 30 dollars more for an unknown reason. If it was not for having to use this company for my home warranty, I would have sent them packing. Seems to me like they get the business from the home warranty company by being lowest bidder and then charge customers everything to do a regular water tank change as a MODIFICATION! Modifications are not covered by home warranty. The technician who installed the tank was good. I added photos of what was changed for 800 dollars and the damage to my home. As of 01/02/2025 I am still waiting on them to repair my home that was damaged by them. Stay away from this company!!!

Wish there was a 0 star option. Protect your peace and turn to another company. When addressing the service manager about a misdiagnosis that caused a claim get denied... his only solution is to refund the diagnosis fee, say he looks forward to a contractors board complaint, and hangs up in your face. Home advisor customers beware, this is the worst of the worst.

I had a partially blocked drain from a corroded pipe system. Michael, my tech, stopped by to evaluate the problem. When he returned, he was able to fix the problem better than it had been since construction of my home. The man knows his stuff and uses it very well.

The plumber did a great job at fixing the problem. I would like to commend Ashley, the girl that works in the office for going above and beyond to help us with the home warranty co. She keep in contact with us to let us know what was going on. If her boss reads this, she totally deserves a raise. It's hard to find good employees now a days.

From start to finish it was wonderful Ashley was a pleasure to work with Johnny very professional got the job done choice home warranty though awful don't use them they're the worst warranty company I've ever worked with but Desiree's plumbing made so much easier to work and get the job done thank you to them I'm so happy with them I recommend them to everybody and if you get the pleasure to speak with Ashley you'll know what I mean she's a wonderful person thank you guys
