Our experience with Cliff was positive from start to finish. Dog Guard beat the price of its competitors. Cliff was straight forward and professional. The install was fast as well as the training. The process wasn’t rushed just smooth and fast. Our dogs caught on very well and they haven’t chased any prey out of the perimeter. I highly recommend.

Great service and dog training

Dog Guard was really easy to work with, they were super responsive and we couldnâ t recommend them enough! Cliff came and installed our fence. He was extremely patient with our four dogs, and he was overall a great guy to work with. Our dogs have been doing great on the fence and we couldnâ t be happier with making the decision to get the fence installed

Everything about this experiences was excellent from start to finish. The product works flawlessly at a price that is insanely more affordable than competitors. Everyone we worked with was personable, knowledgeable and friendly. The entire process was so efficient! Most importantly: the fence works perfectly. Our puppy took all of ten minutes (not an exaggeration) to learn his perimeter, and we've had zero issues since. Highly, highly recommend - these guys deserve their five stars!

If you are considering it, just get it! I was so worried at first, after many calls and questions I was eased. Then to finally see the product, and the training I have no worry at all. My dogs are happy, and the wife and I love it!

Horrible experience, I thought it would be the best option but no, horrible installation and training. Now they don't answer my emails because they don't want to process the return. It has been a trauma for my dogs. I do not recommend it

We needed extra security for our dogs and are pleased with our Dog Guard electronic fence. The customer service was excellent. Chris is very prompt in answering questions even after the installation.

Very professional

After researching and getting pricing Dog Guard had the best pricing and the best ideas for how to set up our perimeter. Install was on time and fast. Took a couple of weeks for our 3 dogs to get used to it but now even if we slip and forget a collar they know their boundary.

We looked around at a lot of invisible fence companies and decided to go with Dog Guard. We are glad we did because they did a great job on the install, they were very friendly and helpful and not only on-time but early. They took the time to train the dog after installing the fence and took the time to answer all my questions and then some. We are very happy with them and glad we chose to go with them over the other companies we researched. We've had the fence for about a month now and have had no issues with it and it works great!

After doing some shopping around to see what would best fit my pets I found Dog Guard and I will have to say I am very happy with this decision! Chris and Cliff were so great absolutely polite and very well educated on the product they sell and helping with any questions and concerns I had even after the install I called Chris multiple times with follow up questions and he was so helpful and understanding of my crazy calls being the first time with an electric fence! I woul definitely recommend them to anyone looking!

I did a lot of research before choosing them. I appreciated the honest conversation, the fact that they buried the line deeper, had a competitive price, and worked with me to ensure I was happy with the job. I have a lot of lines in my backyard and they made sure to take then utmost care when digging.

Spoke with Chris, he took time explaining the product well, so we decided to purchase GuardDog pet fencing. Install no problems and we have underground lawn sprinklers, the installer worked well with our 4yr old Doberman. Follow up training (us) took no time, our Doberman after one correction, now enjoying the freedom of his home (backyard, side and front yard) space.

Chris, the local Dog Guard dealer answered my first call, scheduled our invisible fence installation within a week, and had it installed within 4 hours on a full 1/2 acre. He trained our pup in no time. One month later and we couldn t be happier with the work. Our pup is safe and free to roam! Great job, Chris!

Friendly and on time for installation.

Chris installed an underground fence for us on Nov. 22. He was very professional, and explained the system and it's use to me. The installation itself was surprisingly quick. Chris also took the dogs out to train them. I have to say the dogs are so much happier being able to run around the yard. And I am happier not having to take them outside on the leash all the time!
