He Christopher McQuilken , didn?t do the work after he got a deposit. He took money and started asking for more and more money and refused to return. I sued him and got a court judgement. So his L and Licenses is SUSPENDED until he pays judgment.

Terrible jobs

Along with doing a terrible job on my deck this POS actually kicked my dog because he was barking at him. He was lucky I didn't remove them from the census. This guy is a truly vile POS.

I cannot recommend this company based on my recent observations. They have been involved in posting racist remarks online, which is not only unprofessional but deeply concerning. When a customer left a one-star review expressing their dissatisfaction, the company responded with threats and derogatory names, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism and respect. It's alarming to see such behavior from a business, and I encourage others to think twice before engaging with them.

I wish I could give zero stars. I hired Tiny Living Golden Concept to fix my porch, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. The workers showed up late every day, took long breaks, and barely made any progress. What was supposed to be a one-week job dragged on for over a month. When they finally ?finished,? the porch was uneven, the wood was poorly secured, and the paint job looked rushed. I pointed out the issues, but they refused to take responsibility and demanded full payment anyway. Now, just a few weeks later, the boards are already warping, and I am worried the whole thing might collapse. Save yourself the frustration and money? go with a company that actually cares about their work.

Christopher did not plan the job out, did not obtain a permit for the size of the job, bought materials as he went, only worked a couple hours a day prolonging the UNFINISHED job over 2 months. City ended up red tagging job. He was hired to replace the deck floor with composite and to build a wheelchair ramp. The ramp was not to code and ended up complaining he unbid the project and ran out of money.

Friendly, professional and timely service.

He was very neat and tidy, he cleaned after himself. He went beyond what was necessary to do. He did a very good job, I am very happy with my floors.

We have hired Christopher four separate times over the last 3-4 years on different tasks: installation of hand railings on our front steps, prep and painting of elevated (ladder work) peak regions on our shop and garage, installation of safety hand railings in our back steps, and, most recently sheet rock installation and repairs for a currently on-going kitchen refresh/upgrade.

I hired CLM construction to do my exterior paint on my house. They came out quickly and gave me an estimate, everything was finished in a timely manner. The contractor presented himself professionally. I would definitely hire again for more projects.
