About the best thing I can say is that they showed up when they say they would, they gave one of the best prices and stuck with it, and they did exactly what they said they would. All this despite additional work that they had to do because of the condition of my sewer line. I had a collapse in the sewer line right outside my house and they did an excellent job replacing it, putting in a cleanout outside, and clearing the line all the way to the city sewer.

I noticed my toilet was flushing more weakly than it used to. They replaced the inner workings (fill valve, toilet flapper & supply tube) for $389, which I now feel was way overpriced ... also, didn't do a thing for the flushing pressure. If that's as good as it gets, they should have said that up front and done nothing. They did power rod from outside cleanout (probably a fair price?), but didn't quite get it all. The Village came out to check the problem (part was still filled with water and Blanton thought the pipe was broken). The Village finished the rodding and said everything was ok.

He cleared the drain quickly and was able to work within out budget. He also gave us advice and an estimate to make it easier to clear if it shoud happen in the future. Also gave us preventative ideas

The guy was courteous and fast. He explained to me what was happening and made sure to make my sump pump installation nice and clean. the only thing I can say is that it was very expensive as I saw cheaper sump pumps that were better. But he did also fix my sink too for a substantial fee so Great service just expensive

I have never had a service call, send a tech, do a repair, and clean up as fast as Duane Blanton Plumbing. The tech was here so quick, I almost did not have time to clear a path through our storage basement. The service was done well, the clean up was very good, and the professionalism was top notch. The price was reasonable, not great, but reasonable, but the service was outstanding.

I was replacing exisiting sump pump, so job not overly complicated. They provided a Prompt estimate with competitive prices. Showed up to install a few hours late, but once here very focused, good work and just as important good clean up.

The team was very professional helpful and willing to work with me around my needs. Year after year I see my neighbors yards torn apart to install new drainage. The guys from Duane Blanton Plumbing suggested to "hand dig" the new clean out. In this way they did minimal damage to my garden. Thanks so much. My neighbors asked later when are they going to dig up your yard.? I said its already done. WOW. That was their response.

We called on a Sunday with an emergency problem with sewer lines. Duane Blanton Plumbing came out, assessed the situation, had a crew out first thing in the morning, and we were back on line by mid-afternoon Monday. We were very pleased with the service and the cost.

They arrived as scheduled, completed the job, (clearing a bathtub drain). The young man routed the drain from the trap end and it only increased the flow marginally. He thought that the drain may be corroded and need replacing ($600). I suggested routing it from the opposite end, and that increased the flow dramatically. I don't think they were just trying to get me to spend money, I think with his youth he kind of forgot to do the drain from both ends. In fact, that it was he suggested as soon as he arrived. But I think its an honest company.
