I have been extremely impressed with Dumpster Genie. Excellent communication, follow through and on time delivery was great. The driver was awesome and took extra time to set up the dumpster in the most convenient location even though it took him longer. Highly recommend.

I do not think I was given the right size dumpster and I did not know how to check and see if was the right size. Other than that everything was ok. Customer service was was okay but not real friendly. The price was very good and she let me know it was the best I would find $275 for 7 days with no dump fees although I did not do much looking around for other prices. My chief complaint would be 1. There was no way to check for the right size 2. If they dumped it, it would be a full price for them to bring it back in a few days. I just thought that with repeat service I would get some type of discount.

I was looking for a dumpster to clean my parents house out and their shop.I went through Home Advisor and they recommended dumpster Genie's.Well within minutes I got a call from dumpster genies They were reasonable and had exactly what I needed for the job I was doing. Dumpster Genie was very professional and I would recommend for all your dumpster needs.

Our only hiccup was they had to come a little later than the agreed on time, due to a job that was larger than anticipated. But there was good communication throughout. I would recommend Dumpster Genies to anyone.
