Dundee Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.

In response to the review by Alexandra below. I live in the same complex and am NOT a dissatisfied neighbor AND I WILL be using Dundee Heating & A/C in the future. Russ and his service techs did a great job on my unit's heating system & gas fireplace. I also used Dundee for the past 14 years at my previous single-family home. Never disappointed. The company has always been polite, reliable, knowledgeable, and affordable. As for him saying his mother doesn't call that much...Russ was called 5 times and left several overly dramatic, inaccurate, if not downright dishonest, voicemails over a span of 17 min. I don't value the opinions of people who are always angry and looking to belittle others for sport. You can't go wrong with Dundee Heating and Air Conditioning.

My neighbors and I will NEVER work with this company ever again. They are the most disrespectful and miserable people to work with, mainly the owner, Russell. The work is average at best, the rates are pretty much in line with any other company (no real cost savings here), and the communication is rude, disrespectful, and borderline abusive. Russell will complain and scold you to your face if you call him too many times (specifically saying my mother does t even call me this many times - who SAYS that to a PAYING CUSTOMER) if your heat is t even working after he is been paid THOUSANDS of dollars to fix it. How this company has remained in business this long and retained customer is absolutely beyond me. On Russells way out he muttered to an employee that was with him, see how fast I come when you call next time. â Do not worry sir, you will never get a call from us again.

What I like about them they are very honest they do not try to upsell you. They are very responsive and knowledgeable. I am very happy with them, They go above and beyond.

He is great, he does excellent work on all of our commercial and residential properties. I highly recommend him.
