Would Not Recommend ? Poor Follow-Through and Misleading Sales Tactics Emergency Air offered a same-day discount to replace our HVAC units, citing a cancellation. They promised to match any ?apples-to-apples? quote within two years, which led us to proceed. Installation was rushed, the crew left a mess, and we had to call them back multiple times to finish basic tasks. When we later submitted lower quotes for the same units, they stalled for months, rejected the quotes over technicalities, and eventually claimed their quote offered "more value"?even listing work they never performed. Communication was slow, inconsistent, and unprofessional. In the end, they did not honor their own price-match policy. I regret not getting multiple quotes upfront and would not use Emergency Air again.

I was quoted a higher price and was told the system was obsolete! When EA showed up, I showed the tech what I had and what needed to be replaced, and he went to work. I had a quote within 15 minutes to replace what I was told by another company was not available. The quoted price was lower than the suggested replacement for a different type of system and was readily available. My replacement system was installed within 3 days and runs well.

Jonathan came to service/clean my outdoor unit and he was very detailed and professional. He took his time to explain how cleaning my air ducts would optimize the full benefit of my unit. Thank you Jonathan for your professionalism, customers need more people like you.

Iâ  ve had two AC units replaced this year by Emergency Air; one on my back building, and one on my home. They respond immediately to phone calls, and are courteous and friendly. They actually come when they say they will, and it isnâ  t in two or three weeks like other companies Iâ  ve called! Both jobs were done quickly and professionally. I especially want to mention my technician, Jonathon Palermo. This man knows what heâ  s doing! When the second unit was installed on my home, a new thermostat was included. I couldnâ  t make heads or tails of the device, so I called and asked for Jonathon. He came the same day, and in five minutes, heâ  d fixed the issue! Now I never have to touch the thermostat again! I cannot think of one thing that could have been done faster or more professionally! Thank you, Emergency Air!

They were very personable and fast. I bought a new Trane AC unit from them yesterday and am totally satisfied with every aspect of the job they performed. I am from the east coast and have lived here for 12 years now and honestly, this is the most friendly and professional company I have dealt with hands down. I highly recommend them and I know we will continue to utilize their services from now on. I really appreciated the vibe I got from them. You could tell they had alot of experience and they knew what they were doing and also cleaned up everything perfectly when the job was done. They completely swapped out our old 17 year old unit on our house with a new one and it took less than 4 hours. My wife and I are very happy to finally find a honest and friendly AC company that seem to enjoy their job and want to do a great job for their customers. Thank you!

I hired Emergency Air to replace the heat pump A/C system..they ran into a duct issue on the first appointment but came up with a plan, rescheduled for a few days later and when the returned , the completed the installation flawlessly

I hired them to replace the heat pump in my mothers home. We had to postpone the initial installation when they showed up and found a duct issue. We worked through it, rescheduled with additional parts and the final installation was great. The crew was professional, on time, respectful and friendly. We had to replace our old system. From start to finish the salesman and install team were very knowledgeable, assessable and friendly. They offered a customized product to meet your needs. Didn't try to sell you more than what you wanted. Install team was great. When they were done couldn't tell they were even here. Will recommend them to others.

Nate was onsite at the appointment time and gave me a price quote right then and there. The quote was very competitive and he offered 18 months same as cash financing. We had all three units replaced. The work crew did a fantastic job. They showed up on time, worked with my tenants, were very respectful and cleaned up the job site when they were finished. I would highly recommend Emergency Air.
