If you want bleached, dead, or dying plants then hire this company. My roof is clean for the most part, but my plants are dead and dying! I even contacted the owner Eric M. before writing this review yet still there has been no resolution. Been in business for over 20 years, I can not tell. You should tell the customer to move or and cover plants, or provide plastic covering as a courtesy. We paid you enough to do so. The customer does not know about the chemicals that are used in the cleaning. This is bad business. I would not use ET Pressure Cleaning again nor would I recommend this company.

I have a slate roof. i was informed by the company representative that it would not be advisable to chemically clean this type of roof. They even tested a small portion of the roof to determine how it would look. It was determined not to proceed with the chemical cleaning because it would result in an orange hue to the slates. There was no charge for the trial test. The honesty and integrity of this company is admirable. I would highly recommend this company.
