Elite Pro was very prompt when called, explained how roof would be installed and materials he would use to replace the roof and why. Price was very fair and stuck with the price given even when some extra minor repairs were done. I would hire Elite Pro again

Ultimately time will tell on the quality as they just finished the repairs. But David outlined everything he was going to do, gave me a very fair estimate, and showed up when he promised to complete the work. Customer service, timeliness, and communication of how he proposed to complete the roof repair was all excellent.

They came right out, inspected the roof, advised me on a less expensive repair option than I had in mind, and did the job while the man was up on the roof doing his inspection. The fix worked too and now my roof doesn't leak. They were professional and friendly and they didn't call me, a senior citizen, "Buddy", or "Pal", or "Dude". In other words, they were professional tradesmen rather than a pair of punk kids working just long enough to buy some more weed.

Working with Mr. David Jones was a satisfying and "pain free" experience. At the initial interview, he allowed us all the time we needed to ask questions and come to understand how the process would progress. In addition, he did NOT press for a decision that first meeting but rather called us a couple of weeks later for our decision. He then came out to fill out the contract and for us to select the color we wanted for our metal roof. He even brought a couple of larger samples of two colors that we were having difficulty deciding between. He even offered to get on the roof and show us how they would look. Of course, we took him up on the offer and it made the decision making much easier. When it came close to the time to begin the work, he once again called us to see if we were definite about our color selection. After that he placed the order and work began a few days later. Mr. Jones's crew was professional and obviously knew their craft. They proceeded quickly with the job and did not in any way disturb the neighborhood with unnecessary noise. The ABSENCE of the blasting radio was a welcome plus. Mr. Jones came every day to check on progress and you had a definite sense that he cared very much about your satisfaction with the final product. Yes, he was in and out but it was quite clear that he was on top of everything and made certain that the job progressed as it should. His crew was very friendly and open to questions. This was especially true of the foreman, Rusty. No matter how many times I raised a question or concern, he took the time to explain and reassure me regarding the issue. As for Mr. Jones, I can only say that he does indeed go the extra mile, even when you don't know that you need someone to go that extra mile. Example --- one Sunday (an off day) apparently there was some possibility of rain and the roof was not totally under cover. Early that AM, I heard some activity on the roof and came outside to find that David and Rusty were on the roof laying tarps over that uncovered area. Neither my husband nor I even thought of the need for this but David sure did and he took appropriate action without even calling it to our attention. He treated our roof as he would want his own to be treated. The project is complete now and we are delighted with the end result. We would indeed recommend Mr. Jones and his Company without any reservation. He is a gentleman and his word is his bond!

They didn't come to do the repair the day they said they would. It wasn't a huge deal, because I didn't need to be present, but it did require my followup to figure out when they would come (I wanted the repair before the next big rain). I also had to followup with them after they completed the work, because they didn't call to inform me. We've had a lot of rain since then, so I know the work quality was good (no signs of any more leaks). Cost was very reasonable. They were pleasant to talk to during the estimate phase.

I had a very small job done. Was fortunate to find Elite that could come on very short notice. Liked the guy.

Elite Pro was very responsive. There work apears to be very good. We had a leakage around some Skylights and Chimney. They seemed to have a good solution, however we will need to reevaluate after some time goes by to see if the problem is indeed fixed.

The service was prompt, efficient, and high quality. David was very responsive to special requests and provided some customized roof features. Excelent experience overall.

Mr. Jones contacted me promptly and made an appointment for 8am the next day (Saturday). He arrived on time, found the holes in the roof, and repaired the leaks immediately. I was impressed with his professionalism and asked him to give me a quote for a completely new roof which he provided. I am getting other quotes as this will be a big expensive project, but I have no qualms about Mr. Jones' company Elite Pro Roofing doing the job.

Elite Pro Roofing was very prompt in returning my calls and answering my questions before the project even began. Once it started, the workers were very efficient and clean. I really like that they hand nail the shingles instead of using a nail gun. As they explained it to me, that way the warranty is guaranteed to be in tact. The workers were also very nice. Once the work was complete, the project manager came back and was able to answer any more questions I had along with address any concerns I had about the work. I am very satisfied with the quality of work I received.

Price was good and the job was well done. They had to postpone the install date because of another job taking longer than expected, but that was OK with me. On the install date, they showed up on time and got the roofing installed quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Good job!
