Elite Restoration is a lead-based paint renovation contractor (LBPR). We specialize in restoration; construction & we are a state-certified weatherization contractor. What does weatherization mean to you? If you said lower energy bills, better indoor air quality, and a controlled interior system, you are absolutely right! Whether you have a sewer backup, broken water line, or something else, you can feel confident calling us. We are a IICRC certified firm. We have some of the most talented & knowledgeable technicians on staff. Our tech's certifications go far beyond IICRC requirements. Being a full in-house mitigation & re-construct company, Elite Restoration must maintain a higher standard of quality in craftsmanship, client & employee safety. Our techs are also state certified in building science thru Oregon Training Institute. Will and his team were fast and professional on our project. It came out better than we thought by changes they suggested. The job was done before our timeline and we were quite pleased. My husband raved about them for days. They covered an old water heater that is functional for repairs and hidden at the same time. We could not have been more pleased with the job they did.

Great company to work with: clear communication, creative solutions to challenging problems with wood rot, non-traditional prior homeowner construction. Will and his crew built 2 beautiful 2 story decks on our converted barn structure, then redesigned and rebuilt the entire roof connecting the barn & ranch house (6,500 sq ft), which included coordinating with the solar contractor to redesign our 7kw roof mounted array. I look forward to working with Will on remodeling our bathrooms next, and I highly recommend Elite Restoration.
