I was getting ready to sell my first rental home, which was completely empty. I had read that staged homes sell quickly, so I looked at Home Advisor (which has joined with Angie?s List). I was given several companies to contact. Jo Ellen Weisner of Epic Staging was the first to contact me. Others followed and I made two appointments. When I met Jo Ellen, she and her lovely daughter started right in discussing what they would bring to each space, and the prices involved. The second stager (who will not be named), sent one of her staff, who looked around, and then said ?okay?, and prepared to leave. When I pressed him for information, he shrugged, and said the house would look ?great?, and left. Needless to say I chose Jo Ellen?s company. She actually spoke WITH me, and helped me envision the process, and the results. I was THRILLED to see the final product. The home sold in two days, with several offers. People even wanted to buy her furniture! You can trust Epic Staging! I wish I had another house to sell!
