Fidelis Plumbing, Inc.

The experience from start to finish, was quick and surprisingly not financially straining. We expected to be robbed, but because they are Vet owned and take the time to properly train their staff; we were pleasant suprised by the customer service, knowledge we received, amazing promotion considering we're first time home buyers and have just seen an overall improvement in the quality of our water. The representative took the time to get to know us and by the time we were finished with the presentation, he felt more like a friend who cared about what was best for us. The installers were quick, careful and even helped us install a fis for our water spickot. To say that this company is well structured and beyond expectation, really can't even describe how our great, early but great experience has been and we can say that we recommend this company for sure.

Really only deserves one star because the sales guy was nice. We spent extra $1k on a fridge to have water and ice on their door and now can not use it since the filter does not have enough power(we have a small kitchen) and I have holes in every cabinet for no reason. Installers made a huge mess in our home and let our cat outside, luckily he is use to being out, but they did not even ask if he could. We changed our minds, but could not contact anyone since the salesman was in the hospital so when he was better it was too late without paying $2,000. Yes TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS. We had not even signed any contracts or gave them payment info which the contract says 3 days from them, but they would not honor it. They do not stand by their word. Spend money on your own system and it will save you about $6,000 cause the free soap is not t very good. Our package came with several leaking anyways. Biggest regret about buying a house is letting them in it. Way overpriced for what you get.

TJ was and his crew hooked us up very well! Very happy with our decision!

They had called saying they were 20 minutes late, which was fine but after I saw the Fidelis Plumbing truck come in and then out of the complex parking lot and they did not answer my calls I am dissatisfied with the company.

Very knowledgeable about what they were going to do and did not scare me into doing something i didn t need or like act like a salesman and try to sale me anything I didn t need. Going to remodel my bathroom soon plan to call them to do the plumbing work. Mike and Justin very good employees.
