Owner, Ed, and Office Manager, Gordon, were good communicators and kept me abreast of all steps/stages of the project, as we coordinated it with a full home interior painting job. David, the installer, was efficient and very considerate. They were all very helpful as I was still living an hour and a half away.

I called Monday to arrange an estimate. First Class Floor Covering stopped by Tuesday to review the jobs and provided a quote, and started the jobs on Wednesday morning. Two rooms completed in (1) day. Excellent work, clean, and professional.

Reason the work quality is only 4.0 is that the grout in between wood floor they installed and stone floor is coming out. Whether it be the quality of the grout or application I can's say. Other than that Ed and his crew were great to work with and they did a fine job.

1Wood Floors is a great group of people to work with. Ed's knowledge is amazing He was very helpful and went above and beyond for us. All of his men were very good and when the job was done the floor was beautiful and the guys felt like family. Ed and his team did an exceptional job with our floors. They were here every day on time and cleaned up the work site before leaving. Professional crew with attention to detail. The project was completed on schedule. They even came back to do some touch-ups when another contractor dinged the floor at NO charge. Great experience. I have already recommended them to a friend.

Excellent, excellent, excellent work! They contacted me immediately after I inquired about the work. They came out promptly and gave me a great bid. They delivered the flooring. They removed all my old tile and carpet���not only uninstalled it but took it away and disposed of it. They installed the flooring in one day. It looks amazing. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

These people are AMAZING i mean I will refer them to my mother in law...They are just Fantastic. They saved me over $1000.00. The pricing and the work was just great. We received another estimate by other vendor that were referred to us by lumber liqudior. I am glad i shopped around and come across this great company. The installed the Brazilian Charry nailed down for one day. i went to work come back home and the house was brand new. OMG i cant say enough. Ed the owner is fantastic. I called him and asked him NOT TO CHANGE HIS BUSINESS MODEL. GREAT GREAT WORK

The guys put in a beautiful new hardwood floor. The arrived on time and got right to work. They were pleasant and appeared to really enjoy what they were doing. They completed the job quickly and left the place clean. I will keep doing business with this crew and recommend them for anyone wanting a hardwood floor.

Ed and his guys are a first class act all the way. Ed went way above and beyond what he needed to do when we had a milling issue with our first set of hardwood flooring. I should also mention that the installed floor looks beautiful and the work quality is excellent. If you want your flooring installed right I cannot recommend Ed enough.

Kevin worked with me to insure a top notch hardwood floor. His level of expertise is rare in today's world. Kevin was very punctual, and he communicated very well. The job went smoothly with no surprises. There is no question that I would hire First Class to do flooring for me again.
