As far a painting, they did a professional job. Additionally, Xavier, the owner, was willing to negotiate the price. Xavier is pleasant and professional individual. I would recommend him for those reasons. Unfortunately, workers lack the understanding of paying attention to details, such as daily property cleanup, protecting patio furniture from rain, and putting away borrowed household items, e.g., garden hoses. Xavier did not communicate well to the painters, regarding certain painting needs that were specifically requested by the homeowner. If he improves those shortcomings, he will be among the outstanding painting companies in South Florida.

They were marvelous. Worked around some very adverse weather conditions. Left and came back 3 times over several days to ensure that the paint had time to dry between bad rain storms. Said inspect it carefully and if anything did not meet my approval they would come back again. Polite, courteous, conscientious, professional. Thought price was a little high to start with, but after what they had to go through to get the job done, turned out to be a bargain.
