In reference to an earlier review of FLOORING AMERICA where I said they botched the installation I would like to say that Brad Millner is a top rate stand up owner. He agreed that the installers should have went over the options with me before the installation, He also said he learned from this job that even if the customer says he has enough carpet he will send his man out to recalculate the yardage. Brad agreed to replace the carpet at no expense to me and gauranteed the job will be done right. Cudos to Brad, He made me a happy camper and now I am going to get my bathroom floors redone with FLOORING AMERICA!!!!!!!! Thank You Brad Millner
