I was impressed with Frank's customer service. He responded quickly, and after working for 20 minutes determined that my (very old) water heater with a bad heating element could not be repaired. He did not charge me for the visit. I will definitely be calling him when I replace the unit.

Installed 2 earthquake straps for the water heater. 20 minutes for 130.00. I agreed to the price thinking that h r would have to install braces behind heater. No, just two straps. Drilled into the wall. 20 minutes, does not equal the price.

I needed immediate service and Frank came within 30 mins. I needed my water heater replaced and he was able to do it within 24 hrs. He was professional, efficient, friendly and put in a new quality water heating unit. I would definitely hire him again for any plumbing service.
