I called for a clogging issue with one of my bathrooms. Guy came out, unclogged toilet. Toilet would NOt refill so he replaced fill valve. Later that night I got water running everywhere in my bathroom. Contacted him the next morning to inform him it is now running water everywhere he stated he will be out shortly. That was around 10:30 in the morning. Checked in with him around 1:37 asked if he was coming, again he said yes. Checked in again around 5:30 told him if he was not coming then he could of told me that instead of wasting my day. He then said he was coming he hand his hands full he would come tonight. So I told him the proper thing to do would of been to inform the customer that he would be much later instead of saying I will be there shortly. His response was ;LOOK I WILL COME FIX YOUR PROBLEM BUT I DO T NEED YOUR HELP RUNNING MY BUSINESS THANKS ANYWAY. I told him that is very business like and I will call another plumber and to have a nice evening sir. His reply.... GOOD LUCK. Very unprofessional.
