I was very pleased with their prompt and professional approach to business. Once we made our decision to go forward with the job, the Glass Doctor arrived at our home at the appointed time we were given. They then replaced our door glass inside of an hour. The installer was professional and cleaned up after himself completely. We couldn't be happier.

Job was done good. Glass Doctor just had a mixup with the time they were to come to our home, which caused me to burn two extra hours of vacation, when I shouldn't had to. Glass Dr. blamed the time mixup on their dispatcher being out.

I am pleased with the job, and the workers were courteous. It took longer than expected for my windows to come in, and no one called me in explanation. And it seemed pretty expensive. But overall I think they are a respectable company and I felt secure. That's very important for a stay-at-home homeschooling mom whose husband is serving in Afghanistan!

They came to take measurements for a new shower door due to some leaking problems and had a way of fixing it that saved us almost 1400 dollars after the shower door was fixed. The men were very honest and up front and wanted the least expensive/most practical option used.

The first appointment gave me a window to be home and was still over an hour late. I feel if your business is going to give a window of time and the person is waiting already over an hour and half, you should without a doubt be able to make it. It also took a long time for the ordering and delivery(almost 3 weeks)/installation. The second appt. however was prompt.

They responded to me quickly, and the windows were ready for installation one week later. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and helpful. Two of the six windows they were going to fix today had scratches or blemishes that require a re-order, although they did offer to install the defective windows (NOT!). It will be inconvenient to miss more work to be here a second time for their installation.

The company took almost two months to do a one week job. They had many excuses about why they could not get my window replaced in time (first they took the wrong measurements and then the glass somehow was broken). The job took entirely too long for needing a new window and I would not recommend.
