I hired this company on-line, did not get a confirmation call or email. At the end of today I received an email from Home Advisor that Glass Drs cancelled with no explanation. This is an emergency repair required and I am beyond upset that someone from the company couldn t take time out of their schedule to call with an explanation and/or reschedule. I do NOT recommend them and will continue to NOT recommend them. I am not a one time customer of Home Advisor, I use them for all my home services.
