Does need to communicate when quoted times cannot be met (noted to be done over weekend, but was done on Monday night). Overall, would recommend and will use in future repairs and maintenance.

Prior to when Glenn arrived, the heat pump had corrected itself. Glenn did not charge for the visit, and said call if the problem shows up again.Which we will do.

Was very pleased with his work. submitted a quote request thru service magic and he contacted me within a matter of minutes. He came by that afternoon and looked at my current system. He was the only one who went under the house to check my duct work to make sure he would be pricing a system that would work with what I currently had. He provided me with a quote in a few days. I was impressed with his knowledge and he did not try to sell me the most expensive system but a system that would do the job for my house. He gave the best price and I scheduled the job. His work was very good and completed as scheduled.

Glen was very knowledgeable about heating/air systems and after talking with him, I hired him to do my duct replacement. Glen mentioned facts about HVAC systems that I did not know and explained WHY things should be a certain way. It just made sense to hire someone that knew what he was doing.

Have used Glenn twice now and both times he has been extremely prompt, friendly, and cost effective. Will definately use him in the future. Highly recommended.
