They provided completely unprofessional and deficient service, resulting in an awful customer experience. Mr. Walker made the situation even worse by being dismissive and abrasive when I reached out. The technicians they sent to my home on July 7, 17, and 27, 2023, displayed a dismissive and irritable attitude on each visit. They failed to properly diagnose the AC problem, resulting in useless repairs that cost me over $360 in refrigerant yet never fixed the issue. They report false charges that the warranty company does not cover, so the customer ends up paying. This company also excessively delays appointment times without notice. My repeated calls to the office went unreturned, causing me to endure over 3 weeks without AC service during peak summer heat. I finally hired an independent technician, who immediately determined the AC system needed full replacement a diagnosis Global HVAC should have made on day one. When speaking with the owner, Mike Walker, about the terrible service, he proceeded to speak to me in a rude, combative manner, insisting no mistakes were made and taking zero responsibility.
