What a horrible experience. Can not get anyone to respond to a request for repairs on a 2 year warranty. DO NOT USE GRIFFIN.

This was my second time dealing with the company and I was as happy this time as I was the first. The crew was fast, professional and did an amazing job replacing the wood siding with cement-fiber and replacing the wood trim. The painting job was first-class as well. And in the follow-up, an outside electrical outlet was replaced to make sure it remained free from water. Steve Whitacre and this group are the first rate.

We had an excellence experience. Our project was residing our home. Construction started on 3/18/19 with the delivery of the materials and dumpster, and finished on 3/26/19, less than the 10 day projected time estimate. The construction crew started on time, was professional through out the project. The subcontractor, painters, were also very through and professional in carrying out their duties. We highly recommend this company based on this project. The only detraction is that you determine what is to be done with the excess materials at the beginning if the project ( keep or have removed).

I am very pleased with this company and all they did. They contacted me on regular basis until job was complete. They cleaned up as they went, I have small children and dogs and was very concerned they would get hurt. They were very efficient, but did run out of shingles. Their team prepped the house and was back Tuesday to finish roof. The shingles look great.

Replaced builder's roof with metal roof. Just some minor things they could have done better. Lots of nails on the ground when they removed the old tiles. Damaged gutters from when the ladders were placed against them. One would think that they would use the proper ladders to prevent this. Also when they removed the gutter guards from the gutters, they just tore them off, instead of taking out the screws. Otherwise they did a good job with the installation... it just could have ben a little better.

They were great and got my roof done earlier than expected. They offered premium 50 yr shingles with a warranty that's unbeatable. It feels good to know that my shingles will last until I'm 82!

Workmen arrived on time, completed the work in five hours and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. The company representative came and inspected, noting any areas we might have questions about...a very good experience. We are pleased with our new roof and am anxious for our new siding to be installed. Would highly recommend company.

The sales manager was great in explaining the company and how they manage projects. They worked with me on dates to do the job. Two very qualified and professional men did the siding installation and window replacements. The work is first quality and I will use them again in the Spring for another project. The clean-up and removal of debris was great, too. The pricing was very good without any hidden extras!!! They supplied all the "small stuff" i.e. caulk, nails, etc. Great employees & great company. A definite referral from me.

Salesman order the wrong windows. It took 4 weeks to get the windows and it was the wrong type. I am still waiting for the correct windows and it has been two weeks since they reorder the correct windows. Do not use them for window replacement.
