Larry was my technician and he assessed the problem pretty quickly but he made sure he ran through multiple tests to verify and didn’t jump to any conclusions. He was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. The only issue I had was being given a block of time when a technician would show up and the technician showing up almost 2 hours after the end of the block of time I was given. This isn’t the technicians fault and I realize some jobs take longer than others but I had to call multiple times to get an update. The second time I called they happened to be calling me to update me and I got the voicemail after the call. Overall I am happy that my issue was simple and it was remedied and I would still recommend them to others.
