Came when promised on same day notice and did a fine job

My experience with Zach at H & N Services was a nightmare!! I hired him to do a major tree removal and clean up of a yard. . He respond quickly with a good quote but everything went downhill from there. Day after day of telling me he would be there to do the work then not showing up and no communication from him as to why or when he would be there. I had to contact him every time to find out what was going on. He finally came out one day and did about a quarter of the work then stopped showing up again. When I contacted him to see when he would back to finish he got mad and said, â if this is how itâ s going to beâ ¦ you bugging me all the time then I quit and you can just pay me for what Iâ ve done. When I agreed he changed his mind and said he really wanted to finish so I gave him another chance with a specific date set for completion with the same results. We started this at the end of March and it is now the end of May and I am left with the project a quarter completed and having to find another contract to complete the work! Under no circumstances should you do business with this company, Zach Hawn or Hawnâ s Lawnâ s

I only had an analyis on the soil done. Wating for the results. No other information at this time.

Our former lawncare service failed to show up for 2 weeks. Zach was able to come out the next day and help get our crazy yard under control. The quality, reliability, and customer service was excellent. Will hire again! Highly recommend.
