Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
David, the plumber, arrived within the given time. He did what was estimated to do but in a short amount of time diagnosed the real problem. After a few trips to the supply store, he had the clogged cleared, plumbing brought up to standard and water flowing freely. Throughout, he was very communicative and efficient. Monique from the main office was timely and responsive to all my questions and concerns. They were both AMAZING!

Dont call them! I was in a situation where I needed my water heater looked at because I wasnt getting hot water. Im a new home owner so I am learning alot. All it took was for the heater to be lit. They charged me $250 dollars just for that. I wish I had of known better to not pay that much for something so simple. The mechanic could of at least only charged me a truck fee or something lower. IT definitely was not a $250 dollar service. I wont go with them again simply because I feel like I was taken advantage of, and could have used my warranty service instead of them.

Nevin and David were great to work with! Very responsive, polite and courteous! I had to replace both toilets in my apartment and originally had an appointment for them to come out and install my toilets Thursday, but when the toilets arrived a week earlier than expected, the H. Mechanical team went the extra mile and got the job done the next day! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing service or installation, and will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!

Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
The plumber, Nivens, showed up within the time frame I was given. Once I a accepted the quote he got right to work, showed me what was clogging my tub drain and that it was now draining properly. He had been rodding so long I thought something was really wrong because usually the plunbers I've hired are in and out. He explained nothing was wrong and that he just doing a thorough job and he did a thorough job of cleaning up. I also loved that he had a mask on when he entered my home.

David and his partner were very professional! They were not there to just take my money and run. They both were detailed in every step they were doing to fix my plumbing issue. It has been a week and I have not had any issues since they fixed the problem. I would definitely hire them again as well as refer them to my family and friends. If you are looking for great plumbers, look no further, they are the best! You will not be disappointed!

We've used this company twice in the past month and they are AWESOME! They installed our new toilet at the beginning of the month and when we experienced a leak in our main water valve, we called them again. My husband was so pleased with their work that they are the only plumbers we will be working with from now on. David responded quickly and during this time of Covid-19, demonstrated all safety precautions regarding masks, social distancing, etc.! Hooray!

First contact was fairly quick after initial solicitation. Appointment was set soon after estimate. Other than being about two hours later than the agreed upon time, the work was completed without any issues. I would consider them again for future repairs.
