Cabinets Reface
Very disappointed, frustrated due to the project not completed after three months. I spent more money for the kitchen and still not done.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I would give them no starts if possible! They will waste your time with their unscrupulous work ethic. It took 2 weeks to reface a very small galley kitchen that should have taken 2 days at the most. I regretted hiring them after the first day. They would show up, work for an hour or two and then come up with an excuse why they had to leave (lies). They showed up the first day with half of the cabinet doors (claimed the manufacture did not give them all- did not get the rest of doors until two weeks later) and no hinges. Following week- showed up with a quartz counter top when I ordered granite, tried to say that I ordered quartz when my receipt clearly stated granite. Showed up with a counter top broken into 100 pieces the next day; finally got the right one the following week. Left nails visibly sticking up through the top of cabinets. Broke a light switch- replaced it- now the outlets on that side of kitchen does not work. One drawer front fell off the day after they finally finished kitchen. One of the hinges on the cabinet doors have come off as well. I now have to get an electrician and a handy man to come fix their shoddy work as I do not want Gabriel or Alex back in my home. What a damn rip off and mistake. They sell themselves as two man operation- but only Alex knows how to do the actual work. It took Gabriel 2 hours to put on 1/2 of a cabinet door, or possibly because he spent most of the time on the phone is why it took so long. My guess is they are taking on numerous jobs and working on them in bits and pieces in order to take peoples money. I wish (Gabriel) was as diligent to get the work done as he was to cash my checks for 81% of the cost before they started the job. I suggest home advisor vet their vendors better before soliciting business for them.

"Thank you for your feedback but it is our mistake about the granite we lost a lot of money on that, but we fixed it the next day. The rest... what are you talking about? The refacing time it is because we were waiting for your mother, hours every day, to open the doors because you are working. About the electrical switch, you know you have to replace before we take the back splash, but we do not do Electric, we told you very clearly that you need an electrician to replace the switch you know is broken before we take the back splash out."

They did not turn my water back on when they left and I had a flood under my sink and I had to hire someone else to fix my issues

Not ready for the project! Spent a minimum of time in the house, arrived 11 am -12 pm left work at 4 pm, sometimes did not show, always, something came up! Mistakenly measured the opening for the cabinet doors, had to open the ceiling (ANOTHER PROJECT, COST) , not listening to our needs, asked for a spice rack and we never got it. Took over my whole house, we felt it was never going to end. I just do not think it is necessary, you could do better! If you do not finish one job, do not start the other one... I would not use them again.

That is the reason to Sometime we come late and before you signed a contract with us we explained to you very carefully we?re going to take a couple weeks to do your kitchen project and we don?t have space to put all the stuff"

Alex and Gabriel did a fantastic job refacing my cabinet doors. They promised me that it would look great and it did. They were very attentive to details and gave me great advice. The price was very reasonable and much less than what other contractors wanted to charge me. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to update their kitchen cabinet doors. Great Job!!!!
