First, I called Handyman Connections to install my sons Basketball goal and they sent a gentlemen out to do the job. He not only charged me $150.00 for a goal that I paid $181.00 but he had my wife help him for about 2 hours to complete the job. He had installed the base of the portable goal on backwards, and took the goal height adjuster part home with him. I call Handyman Connections and they send another gentlemen to my home to correct the job, but we had to wait 2 days before he got in touch with the first guy to get the part. I complained to the manager Jim Cambel who gave me a hard time and he offered $30 back which never happen.

Overall, there work was very well done. However, it was expensive and the person that did the work did not clean-up after himself.
