Great Job!

Took my money and never completed the job.

showed up on a Sunday because the weather had them behind schedule. was very professional and clean.

very unprofessional, did not honor contract agreement and would not return phone calls.

Replaced roof in July, had some questions about roof. They have not gotten in touch with me. Every time I call, I get stalled. Have a leak in my roof right now. Emailed problem to company. Called and left message, have not got a response from them. I must say,they were quick in taking my money and replacing my roof. All I can say now is, poor customer service

An excellent job, well done and extremely satisfied with price. The repair was done in timely manner and they did what they said they would do and the job was executed to our satisfaction.

They put me off 3 times before installing my roof. I had to point out some poor workmanship during installation and it took them almost a week to do the installation.

Arrived early for estimate. Completed work on roof and chimney. Everyone professional and respectful. Very satisfied with work. Call was returned as soon as I submitted information to Home Advisor. Office manger was extremely helpful and caring she contacted owner immediately and he and a consultant were at our home within 2 hrs. Roof was thoroughly inspected and estimate was given. Will recommend to family and friends. We will use there services again.

Everyone I dealt with from Home Pro were very professional and very well organized. They completed the work earlier than expected and did a fantastic job. As soon as I submitted my information through Home Advisor I received a call back within minutes from the office staff to set up my appointment for a free estimate & they actually had the business owner Tony out the same day !! I can't say enough how much I appreciate their hard work & dedication to their clients!!! First I want to say that all these guys are really nice. We had our bathroom remodeled by them, there was some water damage, a board in the wall needed to be replaced, the subfloor ended up being dry rotted so that had to be replaced, new flooring, new tile on walls and a exhaust fan installed. The foreman called for payment and we were surprised because it wasn't done! There were over 20 spots on the tile that there was not any grout. And I don't mean that they grouted it and the grout didn't settle well, I mean the grout just wasn't there. There was also several other things that were not done yet. So they came back to fix it, but they only fixed the things we had pointed out. They didn't go through and check it over. I don't think it should be the customers job to make sure your crew does quality work. They still didn't fix everything! The handle to our shower leaked, and I mean shooting water out not a drip, and we found more places where grout was missing. So they come back again to fix the things we found. The handle still dripped and there were other things, like they didn't caulk between the tile and the door molding around one of the doors. But we were done, the project had been going on for 5 weeks so we just paid them and fixed the things ourselves. We have a vent under our vanity, the molding they put up they didn't trim to fit around it so the air is forced through a gap of about an inch. They also replaced our shower door, but they never consulted with us to see what kind we wanted. They just picked one out and installed it. It's not one we would have chosen, I know I could have had them swap it out with another one but as I said I just wanted my bathroom back. I would not recommend Home Pro.

Very professional and hard working.

The experience was really good. From time of first contact to roof being installed was 48 hours. 8 men removed old shingles, repaired roof decking, replaced felt and 31 squares of new architectural shingles in 11 hours in over 90 degree heat. Cleanup was handled very well. Quote for job was lower than any of the 3 contractors in Thomasville. I would hire them again.

Ended up replacing roof due to extensive rotting wood. Extremely fast service and hardworking employees. Great job!

They were responsive and diligent in working through the rain to complete the job in a timely manner.
