Julie and Her Team from Crystal Clear Cleaning are absolutely fantastic! She goes way out of her way to make things work for the owner. Our properties are always cleaned professionally, on time and she manages to coordinate early check ins or late check outs within her schedule. We have had a few disasters with tenants over the years and Julie always steps up and just handles it. We manage our properties from a different country and have gone up to 3 years without seeing them. Julie is our eyes and ears and helps coordinate maintenance, updates and renovations. Without question she takes a lot of the stress away in long distant rentals. I am sure she will read this eventually so thank you again for all your hard work

I have been looking for awhile for someone to clean my house the way I wanted it done! I finally found someone that does and that is Home Sweet Home. They are great!

Crystal Clear said that they specialized in move out cleaning, however, they did the "Bare" minimum. The laundry room was not touched, nor was the broiler, all the cupboards in the kitchen were not wiped. The rubber molding in the refrigerator was not wiped, the water heater room was not dusted or mopped, the pantry was not touched. The floors had barely been mopped over. She did one set of the windows in the living room but after I had to ask her. All the light swiches, rails, and door trims were not wiped down. The back splash in the kitchen STILL DIRTY and so was all the chrome in the masterbath. I would never recommend this company!

Julie from Crystal Clear Cleaning arrived promptly at the specified time. She was extremely courteous and professional. She and one of her employees spent 4 hours at my house. They did a wonderful job!! We were very pleased and plan to use them again.
